South Jersey Man Suffers Fatality in Head-on Collision

A South Jersey man suffered a fatality in a head-on collision that occurred early Wednesday morning around 5:04 am. The 51-year-old male victim crossed the center line of the road in Pennsville, Salem County, New Jersey, and struck a minivan that was driven by a 51-year-old woman who was accompanied by a 15-year-old boy. All three accident victims were trapped in their cars before being extricated. Both the woman and teenage male were transported to Christiana Medical Center in Newark, Delaware for their injuries.

Although the cause of a head-on collision may be unknown, it may cause personal injuries or potential fatalities for all victims involved. Due to the early hour of the accident, drowsy driving, distracted driving, or even the possibility of ice on the road may have caused the collision.
